2) You can select your desired quantity, colour and size if applicable, of the items selected.
3) Details of your shopping will be displayed on the Shopping Cart illustrated in the top left pane.
4) After choosing the items, click on the corresponding "Buy" button or if you wish to purchase more products you can choose the products by selecting tick box as your needs, and then click the "Buy" button which is at the top left pane.
5) You will now arrive on the shopping cart page which shows the items you chose.

6) The details of your purchases will be displayed on this page.
7) You can also change the Quantity or remove any of the items if you desire so.
8) If you wish to change the Quantity or remove any of the items, please mark the corresponding items and click "Update Cart" to reflect your modifications in the shopping cart.
9) If you wish to add any more items please click the link "Click here to add more products". This will take you back to the Page.
10) If you wish to continue shopping from the vast range of products available, please click the link "Continue shopping". This will take you to our regular Keral Shopping Page. Here we can click any of the category lists provided in the left pane.
11) Once your kit is ready, click the “check out button” and login with your username and password at the “Login Page”.
12) If you are new to Keral.Com Shopping, please fill up the registration form and click "Register". Please choose your own UserId and Password which must be used for your future logins. UserId and Password are not provided by Keral.com
13) Already registered users can login using their Userid and Password at the "Login info page".

2) Can I add more products to my shopping cart? TOP
Yes. Click on the link “continue shopping” and you can shop from our vast range of regular Keral Shop products.
3) What should I do to add more number of the same product to my cart? TOP
Click the cursor to "Qty", it will pull down a list of numbers, you can click the number of items you require and click 'add to cart'.
4) What do I do after I finish selecting the items ? How do I proceed to pay? TOP
Once you have selected items Click the Checkout button. Then you have to login with your Username and password. If you are new to Keral.com shopping, please fill up the registration form and click “Register”.
5) Do I have to register in order to make the payment? TOP
Yes. Only registered users can avail of our shopping facility.
6) I have already registered for the Keral Mail. Do I have to register again for shopping? TOP
Yes. Keral Mail registration is not valid for our shopping section. Please register separately to avail our shopping facility.
7) What is the time duration for the delivery of the product? TOP
Normally we require 48 hours to deliver the gifts.
8) What is 'add to cart'? TOP
It is adding your purchases to the final bill.
9) What about the shipping cost? TOP
Shipping cost is totally free for delivering within India. For delviery outside India courier charges will be levied depending on the weight of the packet and the destination. We will get in touch with you for courier charges once you have made the order. .
10) What is 'update cart'? TOP
It will update the total price of all your purchases case you have modified your purchase details.
11) Once my shopping is over, how do I confirm my shopping? TOP
Once you have selected the items, you have to click “Check out” and you would get a Login information page. If you are new to Keral.Com Shopping, please fill up the registration form and click "Register”. You will arrive at the shipping details page where you can enter the gift recipient’s details. After filling up the recipient’s details click "Proceed to Payment".
12) How can I see the progress of the order? TOP
Login to MyAccounts and click at the order status link and you will be provided the updated details of the order.
13) Do I get any message regarding my order status? TOP
Immediately after placing an order successfully, you will get a computer generated confirmation. Further to this you will get a confirmation from our office. After delivery is made a signed receipt obtained from the party will be emailed to you.
14) If the goods are undelivered within the stipulated time, is the amount refunded? TOP
The entire amount will be refunded, if we fail to deliver the goods within the stipulated time.
15) Till when can I make a complaint or claim a refund if an order is not executed to my satisfaction? TOP
If an order is not executed to your satisfaction, you have to make a complaint or claim a refund within 30 days of placing an order.
16) Do you deliver outside India? TOP
Yes. We deliver outside India. Please note that food items are not delivered outside India.
17) Do I have to pay extra for shipping outside India? TOP
Yes. The price shown includes shipping within India only. Courier charges will apply for delivery outside India depending on the weight of the item ordered.
18 ) Will there be any charges if I cancel the order ? TOP
Yes. 5% will be deducted if you cancel the order after we had already settled the payment authorised by you. This amount goes to the Merchant Banker who had processed your payment authorisation.
19) What if the selected item is not available ? TOP
We will make every attempt to make available the item selected by you. However, in the case of branded items some models may suddenly become not available in the market. In this case we will let you know and another model will be delivered with your prior consent (ONLY).
